You forgot to mention the closure of land borders to food and other items since the tenure of Buhari which Tinubu also continues with. You can't even transport 1 bag of rice within Nigeria without you getting into a serious problem with custom.

why not open the border and encourage importation since we are not food sufficient... Don't worry I know where I will get it more cheaper in Taiwan or Thailand, as for sourcing of Dollars for the importations don't worry I will not source it from Nigeria.. open all the seaport let's flood Nigeria with enough food
