Think about this ----- 500,000 Nigerians would have collected $1,000 and go open a small business and let Mahmoud write the result as

That is 645 people per Local Government Area (judging by 775 local government area) getting $1,000 (N750K) to open a small business

This means at least 25% of families in Nigeria will have at least 1 person being lifted out of poverty

This is why Mahmoud must go to prison for TREASON and FRAUD !!!!

This was the agreement reached on the ECOWAS accord in the early 80s' that benefited all Parties involved. Building Dams across the Niger will cease the flow of water to power the Kanji dam, and in sometimes during the rainy season may over flood it...Which ofcourse Nigeria wouldn't want so they had to reach an agreement with these countries to pay us a fraction of the power cost supplied to their countries.
This is for the benefit of all otherwise what is happening with Ethiopia and Egypt about the Aswan Dam might play out.
