What do you expect when the supreme Court has legalized certificate forgery in Nigeria, signed into law and in the constitution 😂😂😂

I never saw it from this perspective. Ideally you are right ,it's wrong but. The reality is, the government has made the country so unlivable that anyone will do whatever it takes to get out of here.

I was talking with a relative who works in Chevron, mind you he is very rich and has been in Chevron for over 15 years as a full staff yet he told me this very morning he is relocating from Nigeria.

So if someone that rich is afraid due to insecurity and chooses to japa , what more the rest of us who are middle class or what more of the poor.

The blame still rests with the government

Since the government does not put itself in power, and cannot keep itself in power without the consent (irrespective of how it’s obtained), then who is ULTIMATELY responsible for the failures of government

If Chevron staff in America don’t do their own part in community service and political activism, where will your relative japa to?

It's not new in Nigeria. Clear and blatant Forgery has been proven to be legal in some exceptional cases which has been justified by the court.
They should ask the President and his aides.

The president might be corrupt, but some Nigerians abuse any system to gain an advantage. The entire country is corrupt.

These "nurses" belong to the school of thought of those who sneer at education by calling it "a scam" yet would want to benefit from what only education can give.

Education had never been a scam!

Education is never a scam!

Education would never be a scam!

If you think education is meaningless, try illiteracy.

Dem want certificate but no want work hard to get am.

They prefer certificates wey dem no fit defend.

Repatriation/prosecution now awaits them.

Fraudulent Nigerians: always cutting corners!

The government in Nigeria puts itself there ,that alone invalidates your assertion 😁

If the UK closes the window .... who do we blame? .... Tinubu? We are our worst enemy and don't even know. For the same reason when abroad as soon as we present our passport.... extra scrutiny is a must... then we want to know why. Changes will be made ... deportation may be loading.

It depends on the value of the forgery
High stakes forgery will be certified by the supreme court as you have rightly noted
So if you want to forge think BIG
It helps cheesy

Thanks . I see. Thought they took part of the test in the UK, like the doctors do.

No, to the best of my knowledge, they use their nursing certificate and licence to get job even from Nigeria... Then, when they get there, they do orientation (which isn't a test)

Maybe UK should start doing their test like that of doctors

Why is the test to qualify as a nurse in the UK conducted in Nigeria? Or why is the UK not in charge of the conduct like IELTS or ACCA.

The UK needs to tighten the exam process but I disagree that patience lives are at risk. Sitting and passing an exam doesn’t always reflect ability to do the job. I know people who speak fluent English who can’t pass IELTS.

Wrong!

So how do you expect the UK to assess for competency?

Of course we are Nigerians. Someone reads this news and says blame it on Tinubu because he forged his certificate. Yea, that's elite excuse right there.

I will keep letting yall know that Nigerians are the problem not Nigerian government.

1. Because the cost of doing the tesr would increase. Better to spend a few thousand going to ibadan than hundredsof thousands of naira going to say london to do exam.

Heck, our ancestors wrote exams that qualified them to enter uk universities from.here back in thw day and even now it still happens.

2. Because logistics of having thousands of nurses from around the world to come and do test is huge. Better to decentalise the test.

Think about it. Having all foreign nursed come to UK tp write exam is very.costly both for nurses and for uk goverment.

3. Would you have an architect, doctor or lawyer or accountant who cheated the way the nurses did attend to you? Them nurses did inexcusable things.

Shattap abeg.
When Tinubu and co called Jonathan's wife a shepopotamus, and when they carried coffins for Jonathan did any of them get arrested? You can't take the bullshit you dish out.

Also, it's the height of delusion for you folks to think anyone who calls out your president is from the SE. Lest you forget, Obi won in Lagos too. You should even be ashamed that your brother is president and hunger still wants to kill y'all.
