Why Lagos instead of Port Harcourt or Uyo? Anyway, Thieffnubbu slowly moving Nigerian capital back to Lagos. I hope those Northerners that helped to impose him on Nigeria including Manhood Yakubu are enjoying all these drama. 8 more years of Thieffnubbu will reset una brains. |

Timmi: Stop with the useless grammar, this is clear tribalism. If this shit should be moved at all, it should be to the Niger-delta region. Lagos is over congested already, he should be making plans to decongest it not add more problem to the prevalent issues Lagos has already. There should be a seaport in the south south or south East. This is what he should do, not moving institutions to Lagos in the name of optimization. This is the same thing Buhari did with Niger. Both of them are evil. If Gej was a tribalist like them he would have moved everything to the South South. They own crude oil so it's reasonable to move it there and he's also from there. How does any of this unnecessary moves affect inflation that should be his main focus if at all he knows what he's doing. |

Israel07: Mr. Israel07, these agencies already have their facilities in Lagos, which was abandoned for the sake of forced move to Abuja. What these agencies are doing is to move back to their facilities at no cost and out of the Abuja where they are forced to rent space. Hence, moving to Lagos is cost savings, their office and housing were already built in Lagos. Get it now!!!! 1 Like |

Re: Petroleum Commission To Relocate Key Departments To Lagos by Israel07: 7:53pm On Feb 15 |
Timmi: It makes no sense, their headquarters being at the capital makes more sense and if at all move them to Nigeria delta. Stop with ur tribalism, the facilities are in Lagos cos Lagos used to be the capital, now Abuja is the capital so it makes sense in Abuja. Do you think a country with over 250 ethnic groups are all fools to see this for what it's? Y'all clearly told 249 ethnic groups in Nigeria that Lagos belongs to Yoruba and others have no right to vote who they want. People are cautious about making investments in Lagos now, secondly Lagos is congested and over populated with an over bearing high cost of living. Move it to the south south if it must be moved esp this petroleum whatever. The next president will come and move it back wasting money y'all said Nigeria don't have. Tinubu is a tribalist just like you. Jonathan could have moved everything to the south south and justly so. Does Lagos produce crude oil? What does Lagos have apart from water? Is there no water in warri, pH, Anambra why don't this places have at least one seaport to serve them. Why congesting an already congested Lagos? Lagos to us is a Yoruba state as clearly pointed out by y'all and as such we no longer consider it to enjoy the benefits of being former capital, calabar was former capital too. What do they have there? Tinubu is just creating wider tax net and revenue for Lagos which ends up in his pocket. There's nothing nationalist abt this move 1 Like |

Why not relocate them to port Harcourt, or Delta, or Bayelsa? |
Re: Petroleum Commission To Relocate Key Departments To Lagos by Israel07: 8:07pm On Feb 15 |
Postinor: SS/SE have more in common than you'll ever know as you're clearly not bright. Tell me which other region will stand by the SS the way SE will? None! Cos whatever affects y'all directly affects us too. Both used to be one region when Calabar was the capital. Today tell me what's in calabar, a former capital? South south to both the northerners and Yoruba's are all Igbos. They don't see y'all as distinct from the SE which is why despite producing the oil Nigeria exists on the south south is almost a waste land. Nothing is happening in the south south. Tell me why Tinubu should be moving this agency to Lagos when there's bayelsa, Delta and Rivers? Lol. Your water and air is polluted but fighting ur closest neighbor is ur problem while miscreants come from faraway to take away the most precious resource in Nigeria from your backyard, spoil ur lands such that you can't farm, spoil ur water that you can't fish but fighting ur neighbor is ur aim. I see how stupid you're. I was at ogun state and I saw how the south south people especially crossriver and Akwaibom are trooping in there to farm. Very poor living conditions. Why? What happened to the lands in their state? You're very stupid to say the least 1 Like |

DeLaRue: Clap for yourself. Vast majority indeed. You even had to include the Non-functional Dangote refinery to buttress your 'point'. Then what about Rivers state with gazillions of oil and gas facilities including but not limited to 2 of Nigerias 4 refineries, petrochemical plants, NLNG plant, oil rigs and drilling sites, flow stations etc. Instead of Rivers, you relocated to petroleum related offices to Lagos. Mtcheeeeeew!!! |
