Mind you the economy when OBJ entered was quite shaky, crude was selling around 30 dollars per barrel, had so many foreign debts, had so many sanctions because the of the past military governments, and they were able to achieve all these, so if she told you she advised GEJ's government and they did not listen to her, isn't it looking obvious?

The economy was stable and revenue generated through crude oil sales were at All Time High.
There was massive corruption when she was around but Nigeria was also generating enough 💰 from crude sales, so the effect of corruption was very minimal.
Everything is complicated right now, there is massive corruption, low revenue generated through crude sales, high debt servicing and insecurities.
Bringing her at this critical period will only expose are weak points and flaws for the world to see.

Nigeria still had sizeable revenue then,so we bidded to pay certain amount in order to have a reprieve.We were lucky.
It was Obasanjo that did that because we saw her flaws under Jonathan who was also a weak leader but a gentleman.
Obasanjo later sacked Okonjo.
