Nigerian education is too poor to get it on credit, no one pay such loan back after getting half baked degree.
What discourages people from going to school in not money it is that secondary school level has been bastardized.

What he meant is that the earlier time a student can start repayment is 2 years after serving in NYSC.
Whoever has not found job can’t pay loan but interest may likely be charged on such loan. I am not sure o but they may introduce an element of interest, whose percentage may be minimal.
