FCT Minister, Barrister Nyesom Wike on Tuesday, 20th February 2024, flagged off the construction of the Naharati-River Ukya-Ungwan Hausawa road in Abaji Area Council of the FCT.

The road is one of the 6 rural roads being constructed in each of the Area Councils as part of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government.

The road on completion will enhance the socio-economic and security conditions of the Area council

Wike will remain FCT Minister if Tinubu wins a 2nd time...the control he has now is like running a state...fits in better than dealing with Ministerial positions.

This Wike guy is not a genuine person right from his time as Governor of Rivers. He shows off too much, Imagine convening a large gathering with camera men just to do 5km of road. That’s nonsense‼️

In a states like Rivers were he gets so much in revenue from oil derivation, Internal IGR and monthly subversion from Abuja he only has Fly overs and one or 3-4 buildings to his name as projects in 8 years o. I will pick Emmanuel Udom and Akpabio(As a Governor) Ten times ahead of this noise maker. Other south south Governors too are useless in this regard.

I have always maintained that a state should like like its IGR. Don’t be getting more than 50-130 Billion every month and be showing us 5-10km of roads and substandard rail lines. Atleast Give us 40-80B Worth of projects monthly then if you like squander the rest with your family and cronies.
