It's important to make it clear that Himalayan salt blocks or any other alternative treatments should not be thought of as the main or only way to treat breast cancer. Medical experts, such as doctors, oncologists, and other specialists, are needed to diagnose and treat breast cancer. But some people may find that complementary therapies, like learning how to relax or making changes to their food, help them deal with their symptoms or the side effects of their treatment.

It is very important to follow the advice of doctors if you or someone you know has breast cancer. Depending on the type and stage of breast cancer, this is usually done with a mix of treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.

Still, Himalayan salt blocks are sometimes used to help people relax in alternative medicine, like in Himalayan salt stone massage treatment. Relaxing and finding peace through this is possible, but it's not a cure or medicine for breast cancer.

During breast cancer treatment, here are some general ways to improve your health:

Stick to the treatment plan your healthcare team gives you.
Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins to stay healthy.
Stay as busy as your doctor tells you to as much as possible.
Do things that help you relax, like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing routines.
Ask for help from friends, family, support groups, or counsellors.
Keep up with what's going on with you and your treatment choices, but watch out for false information.
Before starting any new methods or treatments, even if they are alternative or complementary, you should always talk to your healthcare provider to make sure they are safe and right for you.
