What is the essence of this post? What about African countries where fuel is cheaper than in Nigeria? See the image attached.

If you want to compare the prices, indicate the volume of oil produced by each country, and also indicate minimum wages in those countries and the exchange value of those countries' currencies to Naira. Don't just give us the Dollar value, those countries do not have Dollar as their currencies. Population is another factor to be considered.

It is stupid to use Dollar in your report because Nigerians don't use Dollar to pay for fuel at fuel stations. Even the citizens of those other African countries don't use Dollar to pay for fuel in their countries.

What volume.of oil does Ghana produce ?

These analytics are dodgy statistics released from APC satanic head quarters that do not reflect the true extent of issues. How many of these nations floated their currenxy against foreign exchange the same time removed petroleum subsidy while increase customs tariff at the same time ?

Nigger, please

Nigeria will likely have better minimum wage than most countries on that list.

According to your logic, If it's by crude oil production, US, Kazakhstan, Canada e.t.c should have extremely cheaper oil than Nigeria.

Why use naira and dollars to compare fuel price?
Do those countries spend naira or dollars?
Why don't you calibrate in their local currencies?
Meanwhile, you can tell Tinubu to increase fuel price o. If him get mind make him do am grin grin
I want to check something

What useless baseline? What you're doing is attempting uniformity and we all know conditions are not uniform for all the countries.
The best is to use the local currencies of each country to see how much of each is needed to procure a litre of fuel in each country. That's how to get uniformity

Senseless statistics . Last year when Tinubu removed subsidy and dollar was still N411 officially at a price of N568 that is above $1. The value of Naira has fallen and that is why your typing this rubbish. Your very stupid with your statistics your just a fool. Kill this thread before some idiots in Tinubu's adminstration remembers this.

I keep telling people
That the federal government is secretly paying subsidy, but we are not noticing it because our currency keeps on crashing, without subsidy they current free fall of naira would have brought fuel to 1800 naira per litre

That's is not even the right question!
The right question is
How much is there minimum wage?
Check it out, you will still understand that at the end of the day Nigeria is in shambles,
And our government is secretly paying subsidy, if not considered the rate of dollar per naira, one litter of fuel would be 1800 naira by now

Some people are just mischievous by nature.

Why will you compare cost of goods and not compare people's earning. This is the same mistake that all these World Bank and IMF are currently doing.

Also, are these countries oil producing countries like Nigeria? At what quantity if yes? Don't they have enough electricity that reduce dependency on fuel for power generation?

Omo you guys are muzzing me for real, like can't you see that this is evidence that Tinubu government is still paying subsidy on fuel, because as long as you are not producing refined products locally, you pay market price and paying way below market price like this means subsidy. Several news reports have corroborated these facts.

The best way to measure is against minimum wage

How many hours of work (on minimum wage) can get you 100 litres of petrol in each country
