Nafdac actually warned some weeks ago against the use of one such herbal mixture called Coco Samba which Nafdac said contains excessive amounts of Sildenafil also known as Viagra a drug that can cause sudden heart attack and death. This was discovered when German customs seized some imported Coco Samba at the point of entry and tested it and found out that it contained undeclared amounts of sildenafil (150mg), which is above the maximum daily dose for Sildenafil (a.k.a Viagra).

This was also found in America as well where 37 out of 50 samples of Herbal Dietary Supplements tested contained amounts of Sildenafil which could lead to serious health problems and might even be fatal for consumers.
