Anyone celebrating birthdays is worshiping himself or herself they are not Christians so you can't find a single servant of God who celebrated birthday in the Bible.
Celebration is scriptural but what true servants of God are celebrating is not self achievements rather the accomplishment that we make in doing God's will according to what God promised that His worshipers will achieve in the last days.

For instance Jehovah's Witnesses remember the day Jesus ordered us to note each year {Luke 22:19} we celebrate our achievement of reaching 99% of the world with the Good News of God's kingdom {Act 1:8} we celebrates achievement of making millions throughout the world shun violence {Isaiah 2:2-4} accepting peace as people (JW members) in all countries resign from military services {Matthew 26:52} we celebrate youths who are dedicating their lives to our God for zealous preaching and industrious teaching of God's word as Christian soldiers fighting against the authorities of darkness {Act 110:3; Ephesians 6:12} we celebrate lasting marriages that two members started long ago and are still waxing strong as a couple {Hebrew 13:4} we celebrate the life of our brothers and sisters who ended their earthly course as pioneers of the Good News! Ecclesiastes 7:1

All these makes it really difficult for faithless miscreants who wants to claim they believe in God stay in our midst of course there are some who feels the restraints is affecting them and can't leave because they don't know where else to go but then nobody is holding them not to go and join celebrants of worldly occasions!
