Niger State Governor Agrees With Peter Obi, Stands For Nigeria's Food Production by Gistmedia10: 1:23pm On Mar 06
In a bold move echoing the sentiments of Peter Obi, the Niger State Governor has spoken out in support of prioritizing Nigeria's food production amidst the Ukraine crisis, labeling reliance on war-torn Ukraine for food as an "embarrassment."

Governor Mohammed Umar Bago, known for his vocal stance on agricultural matters, emphasized the need for Nigeria to ramp up its domestic food production capabilities. This comes in the wake of concerns over the disruption of global food supply chains due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, a major exporter of grains and other agricultural products.

Mr. Peter Obi's recent statement, highlighting the vulnerability of nations relying heavily on Ukrainian agricultural products, has found resonance in Governor Mohammed Umar Bago's remarks. The governor stressed that Nigeria, particularly Niger State, possesses vast arable land and agricultural potential that should be harnessed to ensure food security for its citizens.

Niger State, known as the "Power State" due to its significant agricultural potential, has been at the forefront of agricultural transformation efforts. The governor reiterated his commitment to supporting farmers and investing in agricultural infrastructure to enhance productivity.

When Nigerians are done fighting each other with senseless tribal and religious bigotry, they can start crawling back into the global space to see if they’re still relevant

The most important part of that video is where he said "People may not like you but they must listen to whatever you(Obi) say"

You can't be a true lover of Nigeria without picking from whatever Peter Obi says about Nigeria.

Bago said this while referring to Peter Obi...."people may not like you but they must hear you, because what you (Obi) said is the gospel truth. Nigeria needs to be productive.

The truth is that we like Peter Obi and listen to him.

The only people who don't like Peter Obi are Tinubu tribal and ethnic minions, as well as Agbadorians, who swore to hate him just because he sought to vie for the office of the president of Nigeria.

Deep down they all know Obi is saying the right things but due to lack of depth and ideas they have no other choice than to heavily depend on propaganda and bigotry to defeat Obi I wonder what they will rely on in the next election cause it seems the core north is gradually moving away from tribal and religious bigotry.

In so much that this man is an APC governor under a disastrous ruling APC-led central government, this solemn reality is really clear to him.

Nigeria is so blessed with cultivatable and ariable land that is has no business with any beggerly dependence on foreign food aids to feed its overwhelming population except if for food subsidization to enhance food security.

To crown the monumental cluelessness, the desperate grab leadership is bragging while receiving food aids from a war torn ukraine that is need of all the help they can get. This is a supposed giant of African. When it was said here, some demented fella were ranting to defend cluelessness, ineptitude, incompetency and idiocy Defending a criminal govt is not easy for zombies.

The supporters of this government have shown to simply be sycophants who will attack anything from the opposition.
Did Egypt get free grain donation from Ukraine? I'm surr both the government defending the embarrassment and their moronic foot soldiers are not aware that the Egyptian Government does the importation of it's wheat needs from both Ukraine and Russia and they SUBSIDIZE it for it's people because bread is a major meal for Egyptians

The good thing about obi is that he always give you ideas(expo) on how to go about solving problems and not just criticizing.
Unlike tinubu who instead of giving buhari ideas during the latters 8years failed presidency was defending all the nonsense policies and cheering buhari on.

..

..the MU-MU ticket was based on religious bigotry while emilokan was based on tribalism..

..both combination is a perfect stone age mentality

..nothing like " lack of depth & ideas"..

If you know what tribalism & religious bigotry can turn creatures into.. indepth and ideas will even snatch, grab & run away grin grin
