A Bishop of the Methodist Church and president of Vision Africa, Bishop Sunday Onuoha has reacted to the looting of warehouses in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, and other parts of the country over growing hardship.

Bishop Onuoha in a statement released to the press said Sunday's looting of warehouses in Abuja is a complete reflection of how frustrated the majority of Nigerians are with the way the present administration is running the economy of the country.

It was widely reported in the media that some residents of Abuja on Sunday carted away foodstuffs and other items kept in the warehouse of the Agric department of the Federal Capital Territory Authority.

While condemning such act which he described as stealing and lack of security of lives and property. He pointed out that such act may have been fueled by the present economic hardship that is currently being experienced by many Nigerians due to some government policies which has really affected the economy negatively.

He advised the Tinubu-led administration to consider such an act as a message and signal to the administration and the economic team that all is not well and that as a matter of urgency, they should review most of their economic policies.

According to Bishop Onuoha, many of such incidents may be happening across the county in different forms and are being underreported. He sighted a particular occurrence, where a truck loaded with foodstuff was randomly attacked and looted recently in the northern part of Nigeria.

Tinubu is a monumental failure. Those morons that hype him that he built Lagos forgot that Lagos was Nigeria's capital until 1992.
