how is the economy in the hands of competent people?

what have they done so far that shows that they are competent?

what is the state of the economy, forex, inflation, employment, security, standard of living?

which political will?
What do you classify as competence? To people like you now a socialist state imight be your definition of competence. You believe everything must be rosy even if we are mortgaging our future. Even Chinese endured a lot to build and enjoy their economy. In contemporary economic management there is no gain without pain. It is only a mad man that keeps doing things the same way and expect there to be a change.

Continue believing, the earlier you realize that Nigeria politicians can't be trusted the better for you. They continue telling you that things will get better while the opposite is what we get. You think the prices of all those commondity that went up will ever come down, for bag of rice, the least it will go is #60k, a bag of rice will Never and I mean never go down below 60k. Tinubu has totally destroyed the economy. If it was in Europe, he would have step down for allowing the economy to collapse under his watch. He acted foolishly by removing subsidy and floating naira without any plans, no sensible president that understand economy will take such action

Reforms are always painful and comes with unintended consequences. After 4years we will appraise Tinubu's govt performance and take appropriate actions for or against. Till then I keep fingers crossed.

Many of you guys are arm-chair economic analyst that finds it easy to talk but talk is cheap. What do you expect from the economy when the govt removes oil subsidy and floats the currency? Eldorado, right? You don't seem to understand the concept of alternatives. Tinubu is not a coward that goes for cheap alternatives.

What economy? A govt that has not spent up to a year you are asking about economy. Seems you just want to argue for argument case. Assess the man at the end of his tenure. The end justifies the means.

which economy are you talking about here?

Things might be tough now but this govt is definitely not clueless. Sometimes to jump higher in life you have to stoop to conquer. My joy is that the economy is now in the hands of competent people - people with the expertise and political will to make this country great. Every country that rose first dipped to gain momentum, China, America , Japan, etc.

The same crop of people said the same thing under Buhari.

Only a fool believes anything positive for the masses that emanates from the mouth of an APC politician.

Or haven't you noticed that it's only statements of hardship and belt tightening that they make to the masses that come true?
