Nigerians are expert in using technicalities to win cases in court instead of the merits of the case. Are you saying a grandfather or grandmother has no right to question the paternity of their grandchildren, particularly after the demise of their son? So what family name would the child be bearing all through his life? So the Aloba family does not deserve to know if Mobads son is truly theirs.
