Arresting them won't bring sanity to the North again. Those guys they brought to win 2015 election are no longer under their control because they cannot sustain funding them reason they resorted to this high level of crime for survival. Would you ask someone whom you've armed and been giving millions of Naira for doing nothing to quit and return to selling water melon under hot sun? He won't go back again. It will take a very serious approach by a determined president to bring sanity to Nigeria again
