....it's giving birth to many children in the north causing it...a northern poor man will marry 3 to 4 wives....the 4 wives give birth to 15 children for the poor man...then how can the poor man take care of 15 children...so those children will start roaming about the streets begging for food and doing petty pocket stealing... when they grow up and be adults they become bandits and terrorists ..in the north their Islamic law allows them to marry many wives which makes them to give birth to many children
