Nigeria in keshi pls observe:-
1. Playaz r beginin to withstand pressure.
2. We r nw seeing that without mikel 'bkwardz' obi, Nigeria dint play a bkwardz game.
3. We r begining to see a k-miz3 of playaz,(he isolated hz midfied and left d burdn 4 d defnce) hu doe dint undastnd dmselves, yt the soaked d pressure.
4.NIGERIA UNDER KESHI HAS REMVD PLAYAZ FRM THEIR CMFRT ZONE, TO FACING THE REALITY OF HARD FÚTBOL, A SIASIA EAGLEZ WUD HAV BROKN UNDA PRESURE, CUZ EVN WIV BUNCH OF TALENTS THEY WERE SLÚGGISH.

I am with you, even without a midfield, the defence still held on and we didn't concede a goal, but i expect him to have at least a style by the time we'd be playing our 3rd match.

What he's saying is 'He won't be supporting the Super Eagles through these dark times they're in. When we are back on the world stage, he would be back blowing his trumpet and all'. That's why he's posting. It hurts him that the Eagles won't be at next year's African championship, probably more than it hurts you.

No one is saying you should or should not watch the SE, you have the right to but if you are so much less interested in the SE, why tell the world or post on threads that has to do with the SE? "wasting your time posting about them is actually a contradiction to what you stand for lol.

But Nigeria's games have always been this way. Most times the Super Eagles win matches, they don't play exceptionally better.

Really, loving SE is an understatement 'cos I'd been supporting the team since I knew my left from my right and this will be the 1st time in my adult life that the same SE will not be participating in the Nation's cup due to non-qualification. So, you guys should understand why I am vexed and why I even decided to make any contribution to this thread at all. The sack of Siasia is another let down 'cos I was already beginning to see a play similar to the SE of '94 before the sack.
Hence, my lack of interest at least for now. Awaiting Keshi to prove me wrong

On one hand you say that the Super Eagles non-qualification vexes you, yet on the other hand you're complaining that they sacked Siasia (the man responsible for this mess!)

@the highlighted, you were WRONG! And that is where most Nigerians get it wrong. You can't just single out Siasia, a coach that never lost a single competitive match while in charge, as the reason for our non qualification. People easily forget that Siasia did not start the campaign, and we also forget the fact that the NFF deliberately delayed singning Siasia until it became obvious to Nigerians that those govt people called NFF don't like him and the people of the country started clamouring enmasse for him.

It was very unfortunate for Siasia 'cos he happened to be the easiest target for NFF to distract Nigerians from the fact that they themselves are the problem of Nigerian football and not Sia1.

dont worry, just like westerhof was blamed after usa 94,bonfere after the olympics, chukwu and amodu and after them siasia, keshi will be blamed when we fail to qualify for the next one, sheybi we dey struggle with botswana and zambia now abi, when will we realise that nigerian football needs serious surgery

I too love them, buh seriously man u cant say siasia's eagles were close to usa94' eagles, when they dint have passion, bonuses dictated their pace on the field of play, after all those games he(siasia coached) played, they most important game in abuja stadium 4 christ sake, our sacred ground,if u like, we couldnt win, based on sheer pride, and playerz flimsy excuses, I mean his players attitude towards games was really below par. Siasia's fared better with kids n when men played them and won them, T.B JOSHUA became responsible.

Keshi will make u eat ur words sooner than u xpect.

where in this thread did i say anyone was better, the usa 94 team is the best we ever had and what led to us having that team,a coach who bypassed the NFA so that all he needed could be achieved,a bunch of players who saw a coach who was willing to die for the team and as soon as we lost to italy, same NFa GOT SOME PLAYERS TO REVOLT AGAINST THE COACH OF WHICH,SIASIA,KESHI,AMOTAXI were part of the mutiny
The problem I have stated above and as long as we always dodge the problems but always look for a quick fix we will forever revisit this topic
OUR FOOTBALL NEEDS SERIOUS SURGERY AND NOT ALL THE PANADOL WE KEEP TAKING FOR HEART ATTACK
