Niger is a french speaking country colonize by France,it has no colonial ties with northern Nigeria.Except for the fact of some Hausa speaking tribes sharing language between Niger and north naija.

Hausa is the majority ethnic group of Niger. Hausa 54%, Fulani 7% and Kanuri 4%. No difference with Northern Nigeria

Europeans did Africa dirty. Shared the lands and people like they deemed fit without as much as considering family and religious ties.

When they finished, they went and created EU where a passport holder can transverse the whole of EU without the border control disturbing him or her. Here in Africa, we're yet to unify

Stop talking nonsense there are several places like this all over the world

They have a history before colonies

How old are you?

You’re part of the ones they removed history from their classes abi?

French and English are colonial languages. Hausa and Local languages predate them

Niger and Northern Nigeria (minus middle belt) should have been one country. They share almost everything in common, from religion to culture, physical look and geography etc. yet the vagabond Brits came and joined them with Southern Nigeria they have absolutely nothing in common with.

What a shame!

Very true.

I don't think so, I think they were more advanced in tech and human resources than we were, they had more guns and were able to defeat us.

They used biological weapons too.

We weren't advanced like them, they used our head wella and still doing it.

There was no tech in that era. They were and are more violent and brutal than Africans.

The same way armed robbers, kid:nappers and murderers control and kill their victims is the same way eu:ropeans were able to defeat Africans..

It has nothing to do with advancement and human resources just pure violence.

Yes and Niger should be in the same country with every Hausa speaking people. Yoruba people should be with Benin, Togo and Oduduwa republic. The fact remains that Nigerien man has more right in the so call Nigeria than a Yoruba and Igbo man another despicable fact. If a Yoruba man is looking for a job and Nigerien come to look for the same job in Abuja and the director is Hausa who do think he is going to pick ?
Southern man hates his brother ... Northerners don't do that shit

It was the french people that captured the place known as niger republic today.

The European came to Africa and looted as much as they can and lump every body together they way dey deem fit as if Africans are animals without religion, tribe, language and culture...

What of Singarpore and Malaysia?

That is a village divided in the middle by international borders. They are same people. Relatives across the border. They are siblings, intermarry, go to the same markets and schools.

have you guys taken time to understand the damage of neocolonialism and the continuous damage France is doing to the people they colonized?

Yes they have left but they put systems in place to ensure that they will never leave. If you try to come against it, you get Gaddafi treatment. Democracy is forced down on the throat of Africans without factoring in the uniqueness of the people.

But then, blame yourselves and not the people who have put you down
