This is just a tip of the iceberg, there are thousands of similar "ghost projects" inserted into the federal budget every year since 1999, with zero accountability for where these funds go.

We need a serious leader who will place meticulous, conscientious people of integrity in different ministries and agencies, in order to reverse the rot that Nigeria has become.

It is still reversible but our window of opportunity is closing down fast. I estimate that we have just two more election cycles to either get it right or go bust.
