I am resident in Jos South right now and I can assure you that even the governor's office is constantly at risk of being invaded by artisanal miners some of whom have been displaced by the recent crises. There is tin all over Jos.

Your past is your heritage. Wealth from Tin mining attracted people from all over the world to Jos in the past.

Jos is a big town though, nothing near a "city" in any indices

they still mine Tin there till date..I can attest to that

The governor had already provided subsidized transport vehicles in the state. These are only additions to the fleets of buses.

Tetfund buses, old PTF buses and many other buses belonging to different commissions were repaired and putted on the road before the arrival of these new fleets. He is not a media jamboree kind of governor.

In this Nigeria of today, there is almost no big name in almost every sector who does not have a history with Jos at one point or another in their lives.

There are millions and millions still living on the Plateau. A state where there is no Nigerian tribe you can't find there?

This Metro of a thing was what Sullivan brought to Enugu as far back as 2010, before any other city in Nigeria.

It became a news when Lagos copied it. We used the Metro AC buses in Enugu many years ago.

ENUGU won't have another like Sullivan any time soon. A visionary leader.
