The 38-year-old Binance fugitive is probably hiding in the Indian High Commission since he's originally from India (Though he's also a British-Kenyan) ready to be smuggled out through the land borders. That's one strong lead the team of investigators have to look at.

It's obvious though that he has a lot of secrets he's trying to hide and that's why he dubiously escaped from the mosque while under house arrest in a guest house leaving his fellow Binance colleague behind.
