Our system is actually the problem. Don't forget the driver is a product of the system.

LocalFARMERS:
This overloaded Truck almost fell off the Road. Due to so many factors. The Road is bad, the Truck is overloaded. But if the VIO and Road safety are doing their jobs well, the driver won't overload his truck.

Who is actually at fault?

There is no road safety along that road. The diver and the load owners are to blame.

True.
But trust Nigerian drivers. Since he is not the owner of the Truck, he decide to overload it. To enable him make more money from a single trip. Without minding the damages the overload will cause to the Truck.

Honestly.
And you need to see him charging the owners of the loads.
The amount he will call ehn, you will think he has placed all his life wahala on the cargo charges.
Dem no get any small mercy like this.

Nonsense people.

Either they load in a City or Community or they will end up offloading in a City or Community. If the VIO and Road safety are up and doing, drivers will not think of doing overload

Cause they must come across VIO or Road safety at one point of their journey. Since they will not only drive in the bush
