This is FALSE. Elections are rigged at the state level. The moment it passes the state, you cannot change the results again.

Now, elections cannot be rigged in all the states. Let's assume that PDP gives Obi the ticket, what that means is that PDP governors have to protect their votes in their states so nobody can rig them.

Where you don't have influential politicians protecting your votes, you become vulnerable. This is exactly what happened in Rivers State and some other states that we don't even know. There are LP agents who showed proof that election results were altered in their states in the north, but there was nothing LP could do about it.
