The agbado-government supporters won't like the story of this man doing well in his business
But it was the same agbado government that gave him the TCO approval to be able to fly to London something Buhari was denying him.

I hope that in the future, in the eventuality that Allen Onyema decides to run for President, you and your ilk will not brand him as "IPOB" or label him a bigot. Because na una way be that. Obi was once the S.I unit for morality, until he dared to contest for President against your lord. Today, the man has had his character assassinated by you people to the extent that those who don't even know him are wondering what he must've done wrong or who he offended. Just saying.
I have to step into the convo here...

Your post on this thread is a further confirmation that YOU are NOT from Edo State otherwise you would have realized that Reno Omokri (whose 2021 X screenshot post you attached) is NOT a Yoruba man but he is paternally an Urhobo man with an Itsekiri mother from the royal family lineage. Yes, Itsekiris have direct Yoruba and Edo ancestries with a major part of the ancestral lineages historically leaning more to the Yoruba subgroups of Ilaje, Ijebu and Ife ancestral components of the larger Itsekiri folks.

Urhobos are majorly of Edo descent, so, your use of Reno Omokri's 2021 X post as an example to show "betrayal" and guilt-trip Yoruba folks is a CLEAR misnomer and finally confirms YOU as a non-Bini-Edo impostor who is using "Etinosa" as part of your Nairaland moniker to mislead folks here. In short I have always suspected for over 2 years now that you are Ibo but the irresponsible post you made on page 1 of this thread exposed you further.

As for Peter Obi and the so-called morality you're talking about, there are many old threads on Nairaland created by Anambra indigenes as far back as 2013 and below, LAMBASTING and insulting Peter Obi for his VERY POOR performance as the Anambra Governor within his two-terms, so, he wasn't a perfect man that you and your ilk are trying to paint him. He even swore NEVER to leave APGA because it is a political party for the Ibos, but he decamped and went to the PDP and decamped further to Labor Party. A real man must keep his words.

So, like most old-school politicians, Peter Obi cannot be relied upon for that morality you're talking about for being a Sani Abacha acolyte in the 1990s and benefiting from the inglorious Military dictatorship of Abacha, whose hit squads bombed and assassinated several people like Chief Alfred Rewane, Alhaja Kudirat Abiola, the Journalist Bagauda Kaltho, etc, based on the live TV confessions at the Justice Oputa Panel of Sergent Barnabas Jabila aka Sergeant Rogers and other members of the killer squad. Period.

Not surprising. 7 out of 10 female MDs of banks are Yoruba women. I don't know why most organisations especially corporate prefer Yoruba women

You wrote a lengthy piece of trash!
So, you believe she is the only Nigerian or person who can handle the role? You don’t think there are many others, including Igbos or even foreigners who can do that work even better than her?

Quick question, if Allen Onyema is a Yoruba man, with all these tribal bigotry Tinubu has made worse among you guys, would he employ an Igbo to be the top management staff in his company? Even if he mistakenly do, won’t Yorubas be so pissed off?

SMH.

God bless you brother. Don't be surprised the fòolish foòl you quoted might be living under his brother like he mentioned about his imaginary "£1000" a day salary cheesy

@ proeast & WizardofNG,

I have read both your posts and I just wonder at what point both of you will realize that you are both being ethnic chauvinists. There is a lot of good to be said about each tribe but you somehow only find the negatives - which often exist only in your chauvinistic minds anyway.

@WizardofNG - when you claim that Ibos generally are just "petty traders" that in itself is a chauvinistic statement. In the moment of this particular discussion one wonders if the very Allen Onyeama being discussed is a petty trader. Not to speak of so many others I am sure you know. Nor is it either true or fair to claim that complex organized businesses are the forte of the Yoruba alone. I needn't cite examples, I am sure.

@ proeast - there was no need to even raise the question of tribe whatsoever in this. As WizardofNG said, business people seek competent hands.

Generally, this Ibo-Yoruba back and forth is distasteful and tiresome for heavens sake. Truth is we have stars from both tribes and other tribes all across the world. We are a richly blessed nation in terms of talent.

I only got involved when a layabout claimed Igbo man is feeding a Yoruba technocrat who has the talent ,and has put in the hard work, to be a sought-after specialist in her field.

In private business, profit delivered by the best talents is king above every other consideration and regardless of where those talents come from.

This is a fact yet an Igbo will arrogantly proclaim he is feeding a niche-special Yoruba technocrat, who can work anywhere literally and will not even be one second out of a job. Such is their crude disdain for others

Igbos cause all the problems generally. Yorubas are mainly reactionary because we are the targets of the victim mentality, persecution complex and inferiority complex Igbos overcompensate for with ridiculous megalomaniac pontifications always directed at Yorubas.

You’d know this if really fair and not someone trying to play to the gallery with virtue signalling.

That’s an Igbo man employing a Yoruba and putting her in a top position. However, how many Yorubas can do that without recourse to tribalism?

The just shall live by faith!
Other than the fact that he has an Igbo name, he was born in old Bendel State, grew up there, schooled there, went to university in Ibadan, & has been doing business in Lagos State since graduation.

So it is quite hard to understand all this fuss of been an Igbo man, u have done nothing to add to who Allen Onyeama is today, if been igbo had helped you to be anything, you wouldn’t have been on Nairaland today wailing.

Another clown. When you assume people you know zilch about “have nothing to call their own” it makes a big statement about your reliance on personal opinions, emotions and sentiments rather than what you can establish as fact.

This already marks you out as a loser because it is losers that live in their own fantasy world, to feel good about their failings, rather than work with reality

Lol, once again he wrote another piece of garbage, devoid of sense. It’s obvious you’re an unexposed and poorly educated juvenile. I’m currently working outside Nigeria as an expatriate, and I know in today’s world, there are lots of technocrats in every damn field. There is no position you won’t find more applicants than spaces!

That Yoruba lady is fortunate to be employed by Allen Onyema. There are lots of others both Nigerians and foreigners who can do that role even much better than her! If she has potential or is in a position to be employed by a bigger company than Airpeace, she would not hesitate to move! So, she never got a better offer!

I feel irritated when I see ignorant kids like you spewing nonsense on Nairaland.

Thank you for this.
Another length piece of nonsense 😂😂

Precisely he is the same as the poster that famously pledged to deregister his PrinceOfLagos username if Tinubu won APC nomination let alone even become President.

Today, he is still here and posting shamelessly despite literally hundreds of nairalanders taunting him to make good on his pledge and leave.

He then used a new alias of “Sadwaste” to shout in panic that Yorubas want to secede and take Lagos with them. You are 100% right about him, and Igbos in general, always showing contempt for their host.

The clown is actually from Imo and it confirms what I said above that Yorubas merely react to Igbo mischief targeted at us otherwise which sensible Yoruba will have time for those insecure jokers only alive to compare d1cks with Yorubas daily.

Practically and practically, Yorubas gave Obi enough votes to win the election. Yorubas gave Obi more votes than Igbos gave Tinubu. You can quote me anywhere for that. In fact, if not for the votes Tinubu was able to gather outside SW, he would have lost the election. Tinubu was only smarter to to work things out outside his own region.

Beside, the woman of discourse is qualified for the job ni. That's why she is there. Moreso, Tinubu as a governor made an Igbo man a commissioner slot long time ago. So, stop sounding like you people never got the chance from us. In fact, we give you more chance than you give others.
