By the way, when you remember that Southeast has the smallest landmass, you will realize that it probably has the best road network with that 26k road network.

It's your region that is underdeveloped in a multifaceted manner.
That even with Lagos , the smallest state in Nigeria included in SW, the SE has a better road network shows you guys are dundeeees over there. You are only 3k more than SE shows you guys harbour huge underdeveloped enclaves. All that money used for cocoa hall that turned out to be a white elephant project could have been used to build roads. You can't even match a region that was down by war for three years and have been recovering since.

SE is the best in attainment of millennium development Goals which span over education, health, etc. I can send you the link. We are already first in a lot of things
