I most say this is the umpteenth time I am posting something of this nature.

I lack self confidence,
I have low self esteem,
I have never dated a woman and I am 29!
I am extremely lonely I have no friend.

I am really not happy with the way I lead my life. People say I might be introverted or shy but I have seen people more introverted than I am speak boldly and assertively.

When it comes to speaking in public or in meeting I really fumble. They had reduced my self confidence drastically
Tho I am a supervisor in my job. But I find it had to tell my team to perform a task or an action. They make complaint and they are very difficult to tell to do something. Till I shout/raise my voice. Which I most times regret.


I have done everything I can. When I was in school I joined the library and debating society just to improve myself.



I am really tired of this.
