Wike, you erred to have demolished the Igbo man's estate. I put it to you that you did it because you hate Igbos.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

Wike thinks he is smart.

He is playing the ethnic card to divert our attention from the brigandage at which he is going about his job.

Because he got the backing of the Emilokan ethnic tribal drug lord, he is getting away with it

There's element of truth in the accusations but they're both politicians and the worst thing that can happen to you is to believe them. Ukachikwu is already a rich man so he should be contented with what he has and stop buying land everywhere he sees in the name of estate. Same applies to Wike

Chinua Achebe wasn't a politician but he wrote this:

I will be the first to concede that the Igbo as a group is not without its flaws. Its success can and did carry deadly penalties: the dangers of hubris, overweening pride, and thoughtlessness, which invite envy and hatred or, even worse, than can obsess the mind with material success and dispose it to all kinds of crude showiness. There is no doubt at all that there is a strand in contemporary Igbo behavior that can offend by its noisy exhibitionism and disregard for humility and quietness.”

CHINUA ACHEBE, in his book, 'There was a country'.

Nobody could have said it better than an Igbo man.

If your property is destroyed and you have your legit papers, find go to court like everyone else.... Don't bother replying me, I knw your next response....

Wike said that cows should never be reared in Abuja city centre, today the same cows are still eating grass and dropping huge poo poo inside Abuja city centre. Do you think if its Igbo man cows that are there, do you know the government would have confiscated the animals and slaughtered all of them to teach the Igbo man a lesson grin

Double standard has destroyed Nigeria beyond repair.

Demolishing against a standing court order is contempt of court.

Ukachukwu should fight his battle and leave ndi Igbo out of it.So Ikwerre is no longer Igbo again because an Anambra man property was demolished.

Since when did ikwerre accept that they are igbos?

Since time immemorial, wike has been against the Igbos, those of us that reside in portharcourt knows better

Underneath, its obvious theres something personal between wike and the ukachukwus.

Nicholas Ukachukwu isnt a pinch of snuff in the hand. Somebody of Ukachukwus stature and means shouldnt hesitate to be a major financier and supporter of the apc. This is expedient to protect his interests. He can as well be an apga apologist in anambra. It doesnt matter. Some of his calibre can seek a 15 min appointment with BAT and everything is settled. I personally do not believe that BAT hates Igbos. BAT is good friends with a lot of igbos.

Nigeria is a sham country, and foreign investors are reading the news. How can a government minister demolish a property when the owner has won in the courts?

This is just insane.
The fact that there are so called educated people defending Wike's actions evokes a feeling of dispair and hopelessness.

I was expecting you to appear in this thread to take a stand against the Igbo man, you didn't disappoint grin

You only added a veil to seem to attack Wike too, but in the end you failed to give the hurt Igbo man his credit because you know he was right.

Typical you.

Some people like to play victim mentality. You do not have proper documents.

Did Wike say the man didn't have papers or you just assumed that to justify your prejudice?
In the absence of a minister, does the director of lands have the right to allocate lands or not?
No one should resort to self help, no matter the circumstance or how highly placed.

That's for the courts and the companies to decide, not for Wike to demolish.

He is also the owner of Prince and Princess Estate. They did the same thing to him years ago and he eventually prevailed when he took them to court. I do not know why they so much hate and fight that man. He is just about the man with the most houses in Abuja.

This is victim's mentally they are talking about. You close your eyes and ears to demolition of properties of other ethnic groups. Demolition of illegal structures is going on Abia and Anambra state presently but whenever, it happens outside SE, it is because of hatred of Igbo.
