If this land was owned by some tribes, Wike will.never demolish it, even going against court orders. This is the trouble why Nigeria has remained a sham country, where investors could be hurt after making their investment in the open and possessing both legal government papers and court judgements.
Igbos are too dubious and desperate, why no one trust their dealings but mock them indirectly.

Wike, you erred to have demolished the Igbo man's estate. I put it to you that you did it because you hate Igbos.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

Ukachukwu should fight his battle and leave ndi Igbo out of it.So Ikwerre is no longer Igbo again because an Anambra man property was demolished.

Look as far as I know, there were lots of individuals who acquired huge land in Abuja through inappropriate process during Jonathan regime. There were report of corrupt heads in FCDA then who were just selling lands illegally. It was when former president Buhari came that they clean up that department and seize back most of those lands.
Now, if igbo high chief has acquired his land in an unlawful manner, he need to put things right. My love for wike is neutral, but please don't blame the minister for doing his work. It is purely an official matters, not a tribal one.

Nothing Last forever Mr. Wike. Today might be your turn, you have children, brothers and sisters. Where will they be when you’re gone? In this life ehhhh learn to think before doing things. Tomorrow might be your turn to wail and no one will look at you. We should be very careful in this life especially Nigeria. APC are not going to remain in power forever. You’ve created enough enemy for yourself including your state. Be careful

This is victim's mentally they are talking about. You close your eyes and ears to demolition of properties of other ethnic groups. Demolition of illegal structures is going on Abia and Anambra state presently but whenever, it happens outside SE, it is because of hatred of Igbo.

Let's see another example from your own tribe, mention names?

To make it worse, they quickly acquired it when there was no minister. Yet, wen it's taken to judge that's being paid with tax payer money, he himself will still be struggling to make rightful judgement.

Is that why a court process was breached? Who does that apart from an illegally minded minister.

Reacting to the allegation in a press briefing, Wike said the land allocated to Ukachukwu did not have the approval of any minister as his predecessor.

----Wike.
This must be a lie from the pit of hell. Without ministerial consent, nobody would go to acquire such massive land in Abuja and start developing on it. Let's find out if the developer has any ties to APC losing in Abuja last presidential election.

Your own case different

Other people were arguing whether the director was qualified or not to give the approval.

You started calling Wike Liar, despite the clarification that the approval was given in June 2023, when we all know that there is no single minister in the whole country then

He lies, he rewrites election results, he abuses office. Wike is an embarrassment to saner beings. Wike is burning the sweat of Ukachukwu out of envy.

We all met and agreed that nobody should do anything on the land until we are able to take a final decision. You know what happened? These guys thought they were too smart and they started selling the land.”

The Igbo man should respond to this.... let's judge from there

Abi ooooo, finance minister can take 100 billion dollars loan without the approval of president. After all, he is the man in charge of finances.

The same way the custom general can open and close border without taking authority from president.

Pls sir, stop contributing when discussing govt policy and decision, you can wait for woman bashing thread to hurl insult as usual.

No, I think Igbos are so daring and forthright in business that other people are afraid of what they may do if the competition table is levelled, so they attack Igbo interests to stay in the competition.
