Some people like to play victim mentality. You do not have proper documents.
You people always accuse others of playing victim even when it is clear that the victim is victimised.

The man's documents documents were endorsed by the most senior person ( director) in charge of the administration of the fct because a minister was not appointed. Wike did not respect that neither did he respect court order.

It is important that we call a spade a spade.

If this land was owned by some tribes, Wike will.never demolish it, even going against court orders. This is the trouble why Nigeria has remained a sham country, where investors could be hurt after making their investment in the open and possessing both legal government papers and court judgements.

But Wike has taken actions that impacted properties of investors from other tribes. We dont hear piim. Only Ibo with vuvuzela mouth make noise in public.

Wike, you erred to have demolished the Igbo man's estate. I put it to you that you did it because you hate Igbos.

Let's get to the meat of the matter, there was no minister by the time the man had his papers approved, but there were directors and the directors approved the deal. You should respect that.

It happens everywhere, government business cannot stop because the FG hasn't appointed ministers yet. There is no laws that says government approvals of anything must wait till a particular official shows up, there's always a stop gap in every office.

HMMMMMM

YOU JUST LACK COMMON SENSE.
YOU ARE SO NAIVE,BIASED AND UNEDUCATED.
WHO TOLD YOU LANDS ARE ALLOTTED BY DIRECTORS..

WHO ARE YOU TO TELL A SITTING MINISTER TO RESPECT WHAT A DIRECTOR ORDERED.
SO HE SHOULD SUBSCRIBE TO A CRIMINAL ACT BY HIS JUNIOR.

I WONDER THE KIND OF SICK PEOPLE EE HAVE IN THIS COUNTRY.

The question is was the paper of Ukachukwu genuine or not.. Ministers don't approve or sign off land in Abuja, it's the work of the Director of lands, survey and urban planning in FCTA.

If the paper is genuine, why demolishing his property?? Your eye dey the land Wike not because there was no Minister.

Consequences of evil money.

214 Hectares?

This land, by this so-called ethnic jingoist, talked about, was allocated when there was no minister. The minister left on May 29, 2023. By June the land was allocated by the director of lands.

“We all met and agreed that nobody should do anything on the land until we are able to take a final decision. You know what happened? These guys thought they were too smart and they started selling the land.”

😂

It seems this area is Asokoro Extension towards Kugbo.
Most of these areas have existing disputes.

Many yoruba houses have been demolished in Abuja without noise. Even a Yoruba traditional ruler got his Abuja mansion demolished no noise. Why should Ibo man will be playing victim card all over the country, Abuja, Lagos, Portharcourt even in Onitsha.

It's the FCT minister who approves ALL allocations.
It was clearly fraudulent.

Na who no know Abuja land matters go dey fall for the ethnic coloration the so-called business man is attempting to paint.

Wike even dey explain. If na EL Rufai, he for don demolish everything since, push all of them comot for there. And so-called director who signed such 'allocation' go face EFCC/ICPC.

Especially that Asokoro Extension/ Kugbo axis. Too many irregular activities there.

condensedmilk:
So director of lands is not qualified to issue a Land in the FCT

Even the MD of AGIS cannot issue/allocate lands. It all gets finalised on the desk of the FCT Minister.

If the FCT Minister is not disposed to sign for whatever reason, the Secretary (to the FCTA) or the Chief Judge may sign on behalf of the FCT Minister.

Na clear wuru wuru wey don backfire. Fortunately, this prevented a lot of disputes because that 214 hectares definitely encroached into people's existing lands.

Don't mind the bunch of lunatics supporting Wike on this. Their hatred for the igbos is so glaring and alarming that they always lose their sense of reasoning. If this hate continue, they may drink sniper one day. 😂

This is victim's mentally they are talking about. You close your eyes and ears to demolition of properties of other ethnic groups. Demolition of illegal structures is going on Abia and Anambra state presently but whenever, it happens outside SE, it is because of hatred of Igbo.
Stop being stupid. The documents he presented, are they genuine or not? That's the issue on ground. No drink sniper where you dey hate igbos.😂

Underneath, its obvious theres something personal between wike and the ukachukwus.

Nicholas Ukachukwu isnt a pinch of snuff in the hand. Somebody of Ukachukwus stature and means shouldnt hesitate to be a major financier and supporter of the apc. This is expedient to protect his interests. He can as well be an apga apologist in anambra. It doesnt matter. Some of his calibre can seek a 15 min appointment with BAT and everything is settled. I personally do not believe that BAT hates Igbos. BAT is good friends with a lot of igbos.
The most reasonable comment so far... But nobody will comment on this...
