This Free Medical services, superintended by Dr. Ojum Ogwo at the time, was carried out in the 17 local governments and 184 wards for 8 years, With a Team of Doctors and Nurses visiting each ward twice a year, that's sixteen (16) times in 8 years. This is indeed, a development that can be best described as "Mouthwatering". It is regrettable to state that these efforts were bastardized by successive governments.
