Lol.. this Atiku man. All heavy heavy projects in the North.. and railway gigantic project to Niger republic, Atiku did not tackle it. It is the only one in the south Atiku has started to tackle. Nigeria does not belong to the North alone oo.

He is not in position to talk, which is only for political gains!

Same Atiku now trying and working hard to sound brilliant, as of me and you don’t know the corrupt failure he happens to be.

Imagine a Netanyahu condemning the war crimes in Congo? Verified demons should be making suggestions or recommendations. They had the chance and all they did was loot the treasury!
my suggestion still stands, we all agree that Atiku is corrupt and not in the best position to comment of issues of integrity, but now thar he has done thar anyway!.. don't you think it is better we take note of his analysis's on the topic and wait for a suitable chance to point out his moral rot?

Good luck exchange rate and convert goodluck contract prices then use Tinubu exchanges rate and convert Tinubu contract amount compare the two you will understand the difference

That is the sole reason why it is not $20bn USD. It is logical reasoning.

why didnt good luck Jonathan complete the project then,if not because of corruption why would award a project when you are leaving office, what happened the whole period when you were in office?

Bro, to conceptualize such a project is the first step, design is the second step, costing of the project is another phase. It is not as easy as you are insinuating.

And you didn't see the below

The statement affirmed the minister’s remark that it would come at zero cost to Nigeria, adding:

“The concept of the project was build, operate and transfer, meaning that Hitech would construct the road, operate it for some years and then recoup its money through tollgates before handing it back to the Nigerian government.

“Because the project did not require public funds, it did not go through approval from the National Assembly, which holds the power of appropriation. Also, the project only went through the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) with no record of a competitive bidding since Chagoury’s firm was to fund the project 100%.

“However, to the shock of many Nigerians, Umahi returned to FEC with a memo in March 2024 seeking the approval of N1.06 trillion that would be paid to Chagoury’s firm for the first phase of the project which is wholly in Lagos.

Zero cost without any form of commitment shows no sign of seriousness on the part of the FG. Just for your education, FG must pay for the survey. So there is nothing at zero cost.

But Tinubu is hiding price nah a reasonable country should make the price known to the public.

The $12.56bn is what costing then? Atiku is simply not being objective!

A small part of Tinubu's criminal past as per his Wikipedia page

In 1993, his assets were frozen by the United States government as a result of a court case asserting that the American government had "probable cause" to believe Tinubu's American bank accounts held the proceeds of heroin dealing. He settled with the U.S. government and forfeited about $460,000 later that year. Court documents and later reporting on the case suggested he worked in league with two Chicago heroin dealers.

How have they arrived at $12.56b if they are hiding the price. The cost is in public already and you are still asking same questions. Open you eyes and stop fumming confusedly.
