What might be good, if such a thing was implementable, are digital boards outside every state house, showing financial transactions. Giant boards such as those in the US stock exchange. Incoming and outbound monies to the state coffers will be shown as well as state government spendings, including wages. These boards could be attached or integrated to the outside of state government buildings.
