The deceased would have just turned off the generator before refueling, but I guess he has been doing that for a while now and it meant nothing to him.

He was "being a Nigerian" always wanting to cut corners and thinking we are being smart.
Well he has cut some corners to his death now. Unfortunately many innocent people have to pay the price for his stupidity
