Life is good, enjoy it while it lasts, death is the ultimate price we shall all pay. Still reflecting on the death of Jnr pope and his crew had it been he had premonition about his death he will never set out to shoot film same day death claim his life. Still in pain, am not related to him in any way but it was painful how the young man lost his life. May we never become unfortunate in life, as we go out to jostled for our daily bread. May we be protected from unforseen occurence.

"...his private residence" ..who is the "his"?

If I may get you right, you are specifically referring to a the new palace as if it's meant for a certain king; for record sake, the new palace in these pictures is a new official palace of Olubadan of Ibadan. It's the project of Oyo State govt, the palace is built to be a modern official abode for any Olubadan on the throne so long the palace is livable.

No, I prefer an individual who had worked before, or did business, and came out with good name, success, and riches. A person who has built a befitting residence before aspiring to lead his people in an exalted position as Olubadan of a whole large group of honest people.

We place priority on what is not important at all let alone less important.
Will a castle or estate give him multiple lives to live with or elongate his life span?
Will it ease the pains of the people, will it increase the welfarism of Ibadan .
That is why the politicians keep living a luxurious lifestyles at the expense of the masses cos you measure them (their values) base on what they use
