Hmm........ It added that if “the DisCo fails to meet the committed service level to a Band A feeder for seven consecutive days, the feeder shall be automatically downgraded to the recorded level of supply in accordance with applicable framework.”

If they keep to this, Band A customers wey go remain will be a handful after 6 months.

The problem about Nigeria is that when you try to point out obvious flaws in government policies, those collecting crumbs from the government would tag you as children of hate.

Tariff was increased by over 200% without increasing Mega watts generation.

The Discos and Gencos didn't agree to run a mock transmission to see if they can sustain at least 20 hours of electricity to customers on band A before approving the increase by the government.

They didn't fix the national grid that keeps collapsing like a child learning how to walk...

They just announced an increment, and immediately adjusted the prices because it favours them. And as usual their poverty stricken supporters who can't even afford 2 meals a day came out in droves to defend their greedy actions by comparing price of electricity in Nigeria to developed countries. Forgetting that our minimum wage over here is peanuts compared to what civil servants in these developed countries earn.

The greatest enemies of Nigeria are those who after receiving crumbs, openly support and defend terrible government policies that brings nothing but suffering and pains to the masses.

You have said it all ... nothing to add

Ever since this new tarrif came on board EEDC has simply stopped supplying power. I don't know if they have transferred all the supply they get to the so-called band A customers. We are just not serious in this country with the kind of policies these clowns in power make.
They never think through with their mindless policies. We have gone from having about 14 hrs a day power supply under Buhari to having zero supply under Tinubu's clueless government.

You think some of them defending this nonsense receive any peanut? Some of them are doing this out of region and religion purpose. Tribalist and Religion have destroyed Nigeria. It’s a big shame how people defend this failure of government and tagging people who voice out as Haters or children of hate.
Most of them have never been out of the country, they don’t even know we are 100 step behind yet they’re happy defending fraud because it’s their religion and tribe that are in power

37 apologies in 7 days. This equals apology every 5 hours.
This people knows that they are not supply the amount of light they are billing Nigerians.

We should have reciprocating law to protect the users. If PHCN default, the users should pay the lowest band.
Something as stringent as that.
