You have said it all. I really don't understand Nigerians. Some roads in the UK, US and canada have tolls. The road is not by force, if you don't want to use it, use the alternatives (which are usually longer or with more traffic).

Nigerian masses don't generate headlines that portrays Nigeria as being rich. The elites and leaders do.
That was what Tinubu and Co did before APC got power at federal level. They made people believe the money was there.
