You don't need to separate the old testament from the New as Jesus said in Mathew 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them."

"Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse . . . Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone. If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord.

Also, in the book of ACTS 17:30, the Bible says:

“God overlooked people’s ignorance about these things in the PAST, but now he commands everyone everywhere to repent of their sins and turn to him".

The teachings of Christ are those of love, forgiveness, peace, tolerance, kindness e.t.c.

The reason why we are CHRISTIANS and not JEWS is that Jesus Christ came to fulfil the Mosaic laws, all those passages you quoted were operational during the days of Moses, David, Jacob, e.t.c, and they first applied to the children of Israel in their journey to the promised land.
