A magistrate court in Lagos’ Ikorodu region has ordered that the late singer Mohbad’s widow, Wunmi, be served with notice of a pending DNA test application by substituted means. Monisola Odumosu, a member of the legal team, informed the Aloba family of this in a statement signed on Wednesday, April 17. In the application filed by the legal team for the family, Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba , requested an order to serve Wunmi by posting all originating proceedings and additional processes in the suit at the respondent’s last known address.
