In my opinion NOUN is just a an assembly of those who need degrees without any commitment as students.Garbage in garbage out. NOUN was established by OBJ to encourage those working to have university degrees. Regrettably academic mediocres are the products of the school.Do they sort themselves out to bag their degrees?
