Let say Assisting of 100 men and 100 women with finance. The men tends to appreciate a kind gesture more than women by nature:

An example is if you give a cartoon of beer to a gathering of area men of 6. I can tell you that those men will never forget that kind gesture. The same can not be said to women of same numbers even if you did times 10 of similar gesture?

People who work hard for their money will always appreciate any little things you give them, because they know what it must have cost you in the first place. Most men fall into this category.
Women who have been trained to work hard for money instead of depending on men also appreciate little helps and gifts you give them, especially when it's clear to them that you want nothing in return.
