for whatever reason the school has had a lassies faire attitude towards bullying

any school worth their salt today has cctv cameras everywhere . any misbehavior will be instantly caught and punished

for the original event to happen, it means the school had no surveillance in place, or the survillance was not being monitored

matters are made worse by the fact that wealthy northern children [from my own experience in secondary school are some of the most spolit people with the least regard for societal norms.

I think we should leave secondary school politics alone for the most part. Maybe with some guidelines.

It is the last place we have as a society, where respect is enforced at a brain absorbing time.

- no seniority or authority 1 hr before breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

- no authority over junior students
after 8pm to 5am for Js 1 and 2;
after 9pm to 5am for JS 3
after 11pm to 5am for SS1 and SS2



if laws are broken, suspension and fees, or even more; depends on severity of injuries or worse.

Why can't these kids who are being bullied speak out? Cos I know that there are countless cases of similar incidents going on in that school and the victims are too scared to confined in anyone.

This is how I want my son to be. But it seems like the boy shows too much empathy to the kids close to him, so when they beat him he doesn't beat them back because they are his friends.
