YOU ARE ILLITERATES ON THIS FORUM.

YOU DON’T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE ARTICLE YOU READ.

TANZANIA SUFFERS DAILY POWER CUTS OF UP TO 12 HRS TILL TODAY.

TANZANIA’S ACCESS TO ELECTRICITY IS 38% WHILE NIGERIA’S IS 60%.

TANZANIA’S MAXIMUM DAILY PRODUCTION IS 1,900 mw.

WHAT THIS ARTICLE MEANS IS THAT TANZANIA WAS GENERATING MORE THAN ITS GRID COULD HANDLE.

NIGERIA TODAY HAS A MAXIMUM GENERATING CAPACITY OF OVER 12,000 MW.

NIGERIA COULD ALSO GENERATE MORE POWER THAN IT CAN HANDLE, LIKE TANZANIA DID.

IT IS ABOUT TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION, NOT GENERATING CAPACITY.

FORUM OF IPOB ILLITERATES DISGRACING THEMSELVES.

Your father is a the illiterate, werey . Maybe you should bring your father to read again maybe your father will understand .

They generated more electricity than they needed.. that's what this thread is all about you dumbo .

Werey read the screenshot and stop making alcoholic marijuana influenced comment .

I am so ashamed of Nigeria. ariesbull and the likes of ogbonti are the problems of this country trust me.

You can imagine, Tanzania is shutting down power stations due to excessive power supply that the citizens have no use for.

But Nigeria has been roasting her citizens in epileptic power supply with so much heat roasting all of her citizens and someone somewhere is telling me to stay back and build Nigeria.

Is that not pure wickedness?
A recent report from the North American Electric Reliability Corporation estimated that more than 300 million people in the U.S. and Canada could face power shortages in 2024. It also found that electricity demand is rising faster now than at any time in the past five years

Can't they export the power to neighboring countries

Smaller African countries are busy embarking on developmental programs...In other words, our over-population has become our weakness rather than strength.
It's become too much for our leaders to run.
Had this country been balkanised, broken up into self ruling parts, this so called impossible age-old power problem would have long been fixed.

And Nigeria 🇳🇬 National Grid keeps collapsing like a randy octogenarian having Parkinson disease shocked shocked shocked...

Nigeria 🇳🇬 indeed, is an embarrassment to Africa. It still marvels and outstands me that some grown up men and women Overtly behaving as zombies will always accept any policy thrown at them by the govt in power even without critical analysis.

Africa was once seen as the dark continent of the world, but recently, smaller countries in the continent have been embarking on developments which has been pulling Africa into the world except Nigeria 🇳🇬 that doesn't want to progress with time, courtesy of our inept leaders.

Indeed, Nigeria is dragging Africa backward because she is now the dark country of the continent.

Gerrard59, lets move to Tanzania. Are you ready?

Tanzania borders Burundi, Rwanda, DR Congo, Kenya, Mozambique, and Malawi. Na to open farm, or one tourist spot like that, and become alpha males.

Are you pondering what I am pondering? grin

If they (Tanzania ) decided to help us by giving us from their power ,some big people in Nigeria will still find a way of sabotaging it to enable thier own business grow or embezzlement to continue . So many people don’t want Nigeria to work cos if it work ,they won’t be as rich as they are now . Corruption,Greed ,wickedness, stealing ,hypocrisy made them rich .

My Tanzanian friend said it’s a lie or half truth. They have distribution problem, and thereby producing more than the infrastructure could handle. Doesn’t mean the power gets to everyone. So let’s be careful what we are wishing for.

Production is one, Distribution is another.

What is the average Electricity supply there?

Average supply is pour, especially outside the cities. According to my Tanzanian friend.
