How can some one win and your staff or agent will go and withdraw the money, that means your platform is porous allowing agents to commit fraud on the system, when a ticket is printed once , there should be no option to reprint. You gave the agent that option to reprint so the company is an aid to the fraud.


Now they want to hand wing the winner by forcefully getting him to claim a full payment with a court affidavit while he was not paid in full but only 3M , just to short change the winner of over 13 milliion.

This company deserves to be sued bc of their acts of aiding cashier to commit fraud via reprint of ticket and knowingly not paying winner in full and trying to use and affidavit as a substitute for the balance , that is fraud of highest order

Exactly my brother. Once you place a bet on any platform, you have entered into a contract with the betting company and not its agent. Any shameful or dubious action carried out by their agent is solely the responsibility of the parent company to deal with. Isn't that why all bets are insured?

Like you rightly said, the guy has seen poverty in its rawest form and was easy to cajole into collecting peanuts compared to his legitimate winnings. If he gets a good lawyer, he can still argue he signed the affidavit under duress and threat to his life. The agent has been arrested and some of the money will definitely be recovered. Who will then keep that? Bet9ja or the Nigeria Police?
