This case actually makes the Nigerian business space appear very slippery. From the things I read about businesses, especially setting up an LLC, I thought they said the risk is not borne by the business owner and therefore the owner can't be sued directly for their business activities. Can someone with a better knowledge on this matter please clarify what is actually obtainable in the Nigerian business space.
