Do not put ur faith in world government they will fail you..

Have faith in God.

The problem of the world is too much expectations from governments. They are humans like you. They get things wrong and sometime right. Pray for them.
Exactly

So it is easy for foreigners to escape from Kuje prisons whilst it is not easy for Nigerians to escape from the same prison.... something is not right somewhere.

Please what is the offense of binane ? I want to know

Price manipulation through speculation.

Those who trade on the platform knows how this happens, especially the big boiz exchangers.

This is what they do:
Let's say the official dollar price is N800,and the parallel market price is N1000, if these guys want the price to hit N1500, all they need do is place multiple sell orders at different prices close to and above N1500.
Large majority of traders do this, especially the big players.
This price will now become the defacto buying and selling price on the platform.
Even if anyone already placed his own order for sale at N1,100 , he will immediately change it to the current speculated price.

So if anyone wants to buy USDT, he can't get it again at the parallel market price, and guess what this new speculated price on the Binance platform becomes the new price for the next day trading in the parallel market.

So these guys kept doing this at will hence the price kept moving over the roof racing towards the N2000 mark.

This was exactly what they were doing.

It's sad that you even believe this cooked up story

I believe 💯, if there's a superior argument, I will consider., but for now.... I believe 💯.

Binance is facing similar cases in other countries, so I believe.

Tigran Gambaryan is just a compliance executive at Binance. He is not the Chief Executive Officer who ideally is the Chief Accounting Officer responsible for decision making. His case is different from Zhao who was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder and who had decision making powers.

At the end of the day I cannot see how you can convict Gambaryan for something he has no power over. The Federal Government is just holding onto straws here. If they have a strong case they should go and file it against Binance in the US. Binance will not submit itself to the jurisdiction of Nigerian Courts and the Nigerian Courts do not even have territorial jurisdiction on them in the first place.
