the beach could have been save by bypassing it with frigh over bridge 🌉 I was thinking umahi is an engineer

Landmark is not the only beach there. They are two several kilometers long

The other beach lost all its structures and not making any noise like landmark

There is no point wasting money on fly over bridge because beach belongs to the government

His so called $100m😂.

Kai. Poor people and bitterness.

So what's now the purpose of the Landmark Beach? If there's no beach?

Honestly, Tinubu Supporters are the most heartless people in this country.

Government only claims it's property. Coast or beach belongs to government

No common sense.
Why is it called a beach resort?
Can you have a beach resort on a desert?
Or should it be located in front of your house?
Why is it called a beach? Why are people attracted to the place?
OP, no common sense o!

That road can't contain ten lanes plus rail

That was the initial plan but it will affect landmark building

Rail starts from Lekki

He plans to build a world class overpass above the highway into the beach
Jogs1900:
No compensation since the building is not going to be affected...I think the owner is just shouting because he won't have direct access to the beach again which is his selling point..Now to access the beach from landmark, you have to cross the road to the other side.

Looking at these pictures keenly, consider these facts:

1. Beach is like a road side, certain meters from the water belong to government. It is a public space.

2. The coastal road would have affected only the structure of land mark beach which only belongs to him. But because of his noise the road was brought in front of the structure making government to lay claim to the coast that legally belongs to it, sand filling the water to create more space for the road.

3.Since land mark beach ⛱️ structure is not affected, no more compensation

4. Does land mark beach owner even have approval for the structure in the first place?

5.

When Buhari started work on the rail way to Niger, lots of us asked to know the economic to Nigeria, having such a project, till now,we don't even know the state of work on the project.
On this Lagos-Calabar road, that #4b will be used to construct just 1km, what's it's importance economically to us Nigerians?

The landmark building was never going to be affected.

Only the temporary structures he erected on Government land and the beach will be affected.

And where the temporary structures are located belongs to the FG not to landmark.

The beach also belong to the FG not landmark..the beach is a public property
Even if it's affected, it's government's land.

All these buzz and noise is simply because the said property belong to an Igbo man

Igbos don't want to learn their lessons shaaa.

You ibos have been cursed by your evil deeds to always see yourself as victims. Is Oniru Beach also owned by ibos? Why aren't the yoruba owners complaining of tribal victimisation?

You accursed Afghaneasterners will never have peace till you grow sense

The beach is right in front of Eko Atlantic phase 2

You can even see the $6 billion dollar Atlantic wall protecting that section of the Atlantic coast.
