CBN recently introduce another way to steal money from Nigerians under the guise of cybersecurity.

Is it the customers that should provide funds to protect the banks from cyberattacks?

Imagine if MTN starts charging security levy from every recharge you make on your line so they can protect their towers, stations, the lawmakers will call for emergency meeting, there will be many court orders to stop MTN from implementing it.

For an institution that wants to promote cashless policy, they are introducing levies that fight cashless policy because of the greed they have to steal money from Nigerians.
