There are just few reason why people fail in lucrative businesses. the different between the successful people and the unsuccessful people is each man's level of personal responsibility. unsuccessful people on hearing about any lucrative business always jump at the offer without the required skill, knowledge, expertise and not even taking into consideration some other things. below are some of the areas where the successful people take's personal responsibilities.
1- BUSINESS PLAN: action without planning is the cause of every failure. for any business that you want to embark upon, there is the need for a written plan which will cover areas like Procedure, Strategy, expenditure and duration of business just to mention a few. As it's been said "failing to plan is planning to fail" and "every minute you spent in planning saves ten minutes in execution.

2- REQUIRED TRAINING: it's a learning process which in order to bring to a desired standard of behaviour, efficiency and understanding. the more knowledge you posses about the business, the more the level of your success. In life we can't stop learning, successful people still take up the challenge to locate more facts about the business through seminar, books, research, consultation and even mentor-ship(someone already in the business that is willing to share is experience). Success comes from training harder and digging deeper than others, Lance Armstrong

3- GOOD LOCATION: you might have a good business plan, capital and training but have a wrong location. your business must be located where your services are needed and there are prospective customer by taking into consideration the following things; Market, transportation, availability of skilled and unskilled personnel among other things.

4-GOOD MANAGEMENT PRACTICE: if posses the above listed things and lacks managerial skills either towards or costumer or workers, there is going to be declination in the business success overtime. these have cost so many successful businesses to go down the drain. your relationship with your staff and costumers will either make or mire your business success.

5-VISION: successful people are always optimistic in their approach to issues and that has help them in terminating procrastination, the temptation to give up and complains. they are always focus, determined, persistent, purposeful, resilience and above all courageous. they will either find a way-out of any problem or create one. there is no impossibility in their dictionary. the future belongs to the risk taker and not the security seekers. Be courageous but don't forget "effort and courage are nothing without purpose and direction". you must have a definite goal or can two teams play a football match without goal post, if they do, how will they determine the match winner after the game.

WITHOUT THE ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, NO PROGRESS IS POSSIBLE.
