Butter is also usually stored in the freezer or fridge and would turn to liquid at room temperature , butter also spoils quite easily unlike margarine , if you keep butter outside the fridge the for more than 2 or 3 days it will spoil just like evaporated liquid milk

Both contain fat and salt which can be detrimental to your health.Use olive oil instead ,they are great substitute for baking, frying, cooking steaming etc.
